We welcome your guests either personally with key handover or via contactless check-in. After check-out, we inspect your property to confirm a proper condition.

GUEST SERVICE

We support your guests in several languages before, during and after their journey. We are always available via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, and email. Guests` wishes and needs are clarified in advance and we respond to them in the best possible way. Of course, all guests receive a welcome package guided by the guests wishes, for example, a fruit bowl or a regional specialty.

ADMINISTRATIVE EFFORT

We take over the bureaucratic work related to your holiday property, such as billing with the online portals, legally compliant guest registration as well as the payment of the local tax. You will receive a list of costs and the rent will be transferred to your account.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If required, we can of course offer additional services. We can assist you in taking photos or videos of the property, insurance issues, professional furnishing of the property, basic cleaning, maintenance and repairs, garden and pool work.
